Liteforex Contest

1.1. "LiteForex's successful partner" contest is held from 1st (from 00:00:01) to last date (to 23:59:59) of every month according to the server time (GMT+3, indicated in the terminal)

1.2. Any holder of an affiliate account opened with LiteForex has the right to partake in the "LiteForex's successful partner" contest (one affiliate account may partake in the contest only once).

1.3. To be able to participate in the "LiteForex's successful partner" contest, a client of LiteForex group of companies has to register on the site.

1.4. All participants commit themselves to provide true information when registering for the contest.

1.5. When registering, a participant needs to choose an affiliate account, which will partake in the "LiteForex's successful partner" contest.

1.6. The registration for the contest begins right after the contest starts and can be carried out during the contest period.

1.7. A participant has the right to register several of his accounts by that increasing his winning chances.

1.8. Participants' current ratings and contest results can be found in a real-time mode on LiteForex's website.

1.9. 5 contest participants will be given prize-winning places regardless of the affiliate account type (REALForex or LITEForex).

1.10. Should any disputes concerning the promotion and its results arise, they are to be sorted out in discussions.

1.11. All the participation terms correspond to the terms of LiteForex's Affiliate Agreement.

1.12. By registering an affiliate account for the contest, a participant gives his consent to the publication of his account details (including his full name, account number, affiliate commission amount) in the participants' current and ultimate ratings and in dedicated advertising articles.

1.13. By registering for the contest, a participant recognizes all the applicable rules and restrictions. Should the contest rules be broken, the company reserves the right to disqualify the participant in the course of the contest.

2. Winners and Prizes

2.1 The winners of the "LiteForex's successful partner" contest will be the account holders who have taken 5 leading positions as per the rating formed at the end of the contest.
2.2 The rating will be formed in accordance with the affiliate commission amounts received within the period starting from the contest account registration and up to the contest finishing.
2.3 In case 2 or more participants have reached the same commission amount on their affiliate accounts following the results of the "LiteForex's successful partner" contest, the participant who has attracted a larger number of clients within the period starting from the contest account registration and up to the contest finishing will be considered a winner.
2.4 The list of winners will be published after the contest ends.
2.5 The Participants who have gained prize-winning places according to the paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2 will receive such prizes as commemorative awards and money; depending on the ranking, LiteForex group of companies will deposit the following sums in winners' trading accounts:

16 - 30	10 2.6 Prize amount can be deposited only in the account registered for the contest and belonging to the prize-winner. 2.7 LiteForex group of companies reserves the right to request any additional information regarding the participant's identity when crediting prize funds. 2.8 Commemorative awards will be sent to the winners by post within 5 working days following the end of the contest. The delivery time depends on conditions of post offices work. 2.9. Prize funds will be deposited in clients' accounts (at the terminal internal rate) within 3 working days since the results publication. 2.10 Prize funds can be withdrawn from accounts as soon as they are deposited in winners' trading accounts. 2.11 The Winners of the "LiteForex's successful partner" contest will be invited to participate in LiteForex's advertising and marketing activities such as interviews, photo- and video-reportages, and press releases in mass media.
